Product Description
The Sany QY25C is a mid-capacity mobile crane with a maximum rated lifting capacity of 25 tons, designed for reliability and efficiency across construction, industrial, and infrastructure projects. It features a 33.5-meter hexagonal-section boom made from high-strength HG785 and HG70 steel, supported by an 8-meter jib, providing a maximum lifting height of up to 42 meters.
This crane is mounted on a custom-designed 6×4 truck chassis and powered by a Dongfeng Cummins ISLe290 30 diesel engine, delivering 213 kW at 2100 rpm with a maximum torque of 1050 Nm. The transmission is handled by a Fast 8-speed manual gearbox, offering smooth gear transitions and strong traction performance. The crane can travel at speeds up to 80 km/h and has a theoretical gradeability of 30%, with a turning radius of 10 meters, enabling flexible maneuvering in tight or uneven job sites.
The QY25C uses a dual winch system, with both the main and auxiliary winches capable of lifting speeds up to 130 m/min, driven by variable displacement hydraulic motors paired with planetary gear reducers. Slewing operations are supported by a buffer valve and throttle control, offering a rotation speed of up to 2.5 rpm, ensuring accurate and safe positioning.
Stability during lifting is achieved through H-shaped hydraulically telescoping outriggers, spanning 5.1 meters longitudinally and 6.0 meters transversely. The crane structure includes a 3.2-ton fixed counterweight bolted to the swing platform, maintaining center balance during load handling.
The operator’s cabin is designed for visibility, comfort, and functional ergonomics. It includes a large arc windshield, adjustable steering wheel, and standard air conditioning. Control of crane operations is facilitated by pilot-operated joysticks and a touchscreen SYML load moment indicator, which displays real-time load data, boom angle, and slewing radius. This system also functions as a black box with alert and diagnostic capability, improving operational safety.
The hydraulic system includes triple gear-type pumps, with separate functions for winches, outriggers, and swing operations. The front suspension uses leaf springs with shock absorbers, while the rear integrates a balance beam for load distribution, and braking is handled by a dual-circuit air booster system with parking and exhaust brakes for added control.
In summary, the Sany QY25C is a rugged and efficient 25-ton truck crane combining lifting capability, reach, and maneuverability, ideal for contractors seeking a compact yet powerful mobile crane for everyday job site demands.
