The Zoomlion QY30V532.1 is a mid-capacity truck-mounted crane engineered for dependable and versatile lifting performance. Rated at a maximum lifting capacity of 30 tons, it is built on a 3-axle chassis that provides strong mobility and compliance with road transport standards. This makes it suitable for urban, highway, and light off-road transport conditions.

The crane is equipped with a 5-section fully hydraulic boom, extending from 10.5 meters to 40.5 meters, allowing excellent lifting height and working radius without sacrificing structural integrity. The boom is constructed with high-strength steel, and its telescoping system operates via double-acting hydraulic cylinders combined with high-precision sliding mechanisms. An optional 2-stage jib extends from 8.4 meters to 14.6 meters, enhancing the crane’s reach to a maximum lifting height of 55.8 meters when used in combination with the main boom.

Its lifting system is driven by dual winches—main and auxiliary—offering high-speed hoisting capabilities with a maximum single line speed of 120 meters per minute. The crane uses advanced hydraulic valves and an LMI (Load Moment Indicator) system for real-time feedback on working conditions, with safety cutoffs to prevent overloading.

The operator cab is ergonomically designed for visibility and comfort, featuring safety glass, full instrumentation, joystick controls, and optional heating and cooling systems.
