Product Description

The Zoomlion ZRT1300V532 is a high-capacity rough terrain crane engineered for demanding lifting operations in oil fields, infrastructure construction, and heavy industrial projects. With a maximum lifting capacity of 130 tons at a 2.5-meter working radius, the crane is designed to handle large and heavy components with precision and stability.

The crane’s telescopic main boom is a five-section U-type structure made from high-strength steel, ranging from 12.7 meters to 50 meters. It is extended and retracted via two hydraulic cylinders and synchronized wire rope systems. The boom head features six pulleys to accommodate various reeving configurations, with an optional rooster sheave for auxiliary lifting. The boom’s operating angle ranges from -1° to 80°, and it can reach a maximum lifting height of 50.5 meters.

Complementing the main boom is a two-section lattice-type jib that adds an additional 9.5 to 16 meters of reach. The jib is side-mounted for easy transport and can be fixed at 0°, 15°, or 30° angles, extending the crane’s lifting height to a maximum of 66.7 meters.

The crane is powered by a Cummins QSB6.7 diesel engine, available in both Dongfeng (194 kW @ 2200 rpm) and U.S. (194 kW @ 2400 rpm) variants, with a peak torque of 990 Nm at 1500 rpm. The powertrain includes a DANA transmission with 6 forward and 6 reverse gears and supports selectable 4×2 or 4×4 drive configurations. The suspension system uses a rigid front axle and a swinging rear axle, optimized for rough terrain stability and maneuverability.

Travel performance is robust, with a top speed of 30 km/h and a maximum gradeability of 75%. The steering system offers four modes: front-wheel, rear-wheel, all-wheel, and crab steering, improving navigation in tight or uneven areas. The chassis is built from an integral box-type structure using high-strength steel, and the crane rides on 29.5-25-34PR tires.

The crane’s main and auxiliary winches share identical components, using planetary reducers driven by axial piston motors. Each winch supports a 20 mm diameter anti-twist steel wire rope, with the main hoist carrying 260 meters and the auxiliary 140 meters. The maximum rope speed reaches 130 m/min, ensuring efficient lifting and lowering cycles.

Slewing is powered by a hydraulic motor through a planetary gear reducer, allowing 360° continuous rotation at a maximum speed of 1.6 rpm. Slewing is secured with a hydraulically controlled, normally closed brake and a slewing lock for safety during transport and stationary operations.

The ZRT1300V532 is stabilized by hydraulically operated H-type outriggers with longitudinal and transverse spreads of 8500 mm and 8400 mm respectively. Outriggers can also be half-extended (5800 mm) or fully retracted (3140 mm), supporting multiple lifting configurations.

Safety and operational monitoring are ensured through an integrated load moment limiter (LMI) system developed by Zoomlion and Hirschmann. It provides real-time data on load weight, boom length, working radius, angle, rope reeving, and other critical parameters. It automatically cuts off dangerous operations if overload is detected and displays all metrics via bar graphs and digital readouts on a central monitor.

The operator’s cab is a side-mounted single-operator compartment that doubles as the driving cabin, compliant with ISO and ASME standards. It features ergonomic controls, dual joysticks for superstructure operations, and full instrumentation for crane and driving functions. The overall dimensions of the crane are 15.36 meters long, 3.4 meters wide, and 3.97 meters tall, with a total gross vehicle weight of 62.5 tons including a 14.5-ton counterweight, jib, and hooks.

In summary, the Zoomlion ZRT1300V532 offers a blend of strength, mobility, and intelligent control suited for heavy-duty lifting in restricted and rugged environments, making it a flagship model in Zoomlion’s rough terrain crane portfolio.
