Product Description

The Liebherr LTM 1060-3.1 sets a high standard in the 60-ton all-terrain crane class, combining outstanding lifting capacities with a compact and maneuverable design. Central to its versatility is a robust five-section telescopic boom extending from 10.3 to 48 meters. The crane is further adaptable with an optional swing-away jib of 9.5 to 16 meters, adjustable to 0°, 20°, and 40°, reaching a maximum lifting height of up to 63 meters.

Its powerful Mercedes-Benz OM 926 LA diesel engine meets stringent EU Stage III and EPA Tier 3 emission standards, generating 240 kW (326 hp) at 2,200 rpm. The engine couples with a fully automatic 12-speed ZF-AS-Tronic transmission, providing smooth transitions and efficient power delivery. The drive system features all-wheel steering and drive, offering high agility through three steering modes—front, coordinated, and crab steering—for exceptional maneuverability on tight job sites.

The crane employs Liebherr’s proven TELEMATIK single-cylinder telescoping system, ensuring precise, smooth, and reliable boom extension under various loads. Winch performance is robust, delivering up to 45 kN line pull with line speeds reaching 130 meters per minute, facilitating quick and efficient lifting cycles.

The chassis is equipped with hydropneumatic suspension, automatic leveling, and 385/95 R25 (14.00 R25) tires, offering comfort and stability both on-road and off-road. The crane’s maximum road speed is approximately 80 km/h, and it boasts a high theoretical gradeability, enhancing mobility over uneven terrains.

Advanced safety and operator comfort are integral, featuring Liebherr’s LICCON control system with load moment indicators, working range limitations, and detailed data displays for precise operational control. The operator’s cab is ergonomically designed, fully glazed for optimal visibility, and features climate control systems to ensure operator comfort.
